I'd want to fire back those responses pronto, before spam counters and
such kick in, so I'd want something to collect the stuff in real time.
Also, I think that Yahoo does whack the occasional drop box, although they
won't tell you about it.

I think we've seen that forcing spammers to send more spam hasn't been an
effective way to make them stop sending spam.
