Probably, or you can publish SPF v2 records like the ones I added

This is a political move by Microsoft, probably shoved down the throats of
the people who run Hotmail, so try not to be too hard on the guys who are
stuck carrying out a dumb policy from above.
A friend of mine notes that the primary publishers of Sender-ID records
are bulk senders: ESPs and spammers. So the no-sender-id box will in
practice mean "not spam". We'll see how people react.
